Ok...here we go. This is the about page. I don't have much to say about myself, but I can tell you that I really like beer. That's why you are here, right? In fact, I like it so much that I decided to write about it. I'm not a professional writer or anything, but I hope to share some of my thoughts and experiences with beer with you all.

This site will be a place where I can share my thoughts on different beer styles, breweries, and anything else related to beer that I find interesting, but I am not interested in selling you anything or writing in a way that pleases everyone.

For now this is all you need to know about me. I am writing this site for myself, on my own, and as my reference instead of having an Excel file with notes. Rather than keeping it private, I am sharing it with the world in case someone else finds it useful or interesting. If you do, great! If not, that's fine too.

Fair warnings:

• I might be a little biased towards certain types of beer (looking at you, Barrel Aged Imperial Stouts).
• While I may include other beer styles, I will focus primarily on the ones I enjoy the most.
• I might not always be the most articulate when it comes to describing beers, so I will keep it simple and straightforward. Don't expect any connoisseur snobbery.
